the story of our location

Support young people in Brabant with your stay

The proceeds from our location go directly to the Joannes Bosco Foundation. In this way, you contribute to valuable projects for young people under 25 in Brabant, ranging from talent development to social initiatives. This social commitment dates back to the origins of Landgoed Huize Bergen, our second location. Charlotte van Beuningen, the original resident, and her husband Willem van Beuningen dedicated themselves to a more just society as early as the beginning of the 20th century.   • Can I apply at EIGENTIJDSERF without experience?

    Absolutely! For some positions, experience is certainly helpful, but if you are motivated and know how to get things done, we can and want to teach you everything.

  • How old do I have to be to work at EIGENTIJDSERF?

    Throughout the entire hospitality industry, a minimum age of 16 applies, at least for positions on the restaurant floor. If you want to work behind the scenes, you can do so from the age of 15. Feel free to send us a message, and we would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

  • What will I earn at EIGENTIJDSERF?

    The Hospitality CLA features a wage table in which salaries or hourly wages are linked to the level of a specific position. Therefore, you receive a salary based on the type of position: F&B employee, Cook, Marketing employee, etc. In addition, your experience also plays a role in the level of your salary/hourly wage.
