By consciously stepping away from the daily dynamics, space is created for focus, in-depth exploration, and new insights. The venue features free parking, EV charging stations, a bar and restaurant, and 69 comfortable bedrooms, ensuring participants can count on a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We offer a number of standard meeting packages as a basis for your gathering. Do you have other wishes? We are also happy to create a custom meeting package or quote for small groups, short meetings, or large events. Our packages always include: Brabant hospitality, a welcome with a sweet treat, unlimited coffee, tea, fruit water, and cookies, a suitable meeting room, a projection screen and meeting booth, many hectares of Brabant nature, free parking, and Wi-Fi. Overnight stays on-site are also possible. Room rental is included in the meeting package based on a suitable meeting room. If you require the use of a specific or larger room, a surcharge applies on top of the meeting packages, depending on the room size and the number of people.

Our meeting venue features various breakout rooms that are ideal for subgroups, in-depth sessions, or confidential conversations. The rooms vary in size and layout, making them flexible for use in both creative working methods and focused meetings. Thanks to the natural light and quiet location, they offer a pleasant environment for developing ideas and gaining new insights. The high tables with stools or the cozy poufs serve perfectly as temporary workspaces, but they are also great places to hold a good conversation. Use of the breakout rooms is always in combination with a package.

Our rooms offer direct access to the surrounding nature. Take the folding chairs or cushions outside for a relaxing break. Each room is equipped with a screen and a meeting booth; a coffee corner is available in the hallway.

The natural surroundings invite you to go outside. Between meeting sessions, you can make use of various outdoor spaces, such as the fire pit, the hammocks, and the tipi. A walk through the forest or along the barefoot path is also an option.
Informal meetings outdoors or guided team activities in these outdoor spaces provide relaxation, new energy, and often surprisingly different conversations than those held indoors at a table.

Good food contributes to a successful meeting. In our restaurant, we serve fresh, flavorful meals tailored to the rhythm of the day. From coffee breaks and healthy snacks to elaborate lunches and dinners, everything is prepared with care, taking dietary requirements and allergies into account. In the morning, a breakfast buffet is available featuring local and sustainable products, complemented by bread from the local baker, yogurt, fruit, and various hot and cold beverages. In the afternoon and/or evening, we serve a healthy buffet with a changing selection of fresh, seasonal dishes.
Enjoying yourself in the bar
Our bar offers a cozy atmosphere befitting the unique look of EIGENTIJDSERF. Here, you can enjoy (specialty) beer, wine, rosé, and various soft drinks, among other things. After a meeting, this is the ideal place to catch up over drinks and hot and cold snacks. Our sharing platters can be reserved in advance. For larger groups, it is possible, in consultation, to transform the bar into a festive space, for example for a quiz night or karaoke night, organized in collaboration with our external partner.
