For multi-day meetings, we offer comfortable bedrooms on-site. The rooms are quietly situated and practically furnished, allowing participants to recharge after an intensive day. By combining meetings and overnight stays, there is more room for in-depth learning, connection, and a relaxed program without travel time.

Whether you are gathering with your group or team for a single day, a multi-day gathering, or an intensive meeting or training day: at EIGENTIJDSERF, you can fully unwind in one of our comfortable bedrooms. We offer 36 single rooms, each equipped with a private shower, toilet, and sink. Additionally, there are 27 double rooms with private bathrooms. For groups, there are 6 multi-person rooms. These rooms feature a sink in the room; the shower and toilet are centrally located in the hallway. Thanks to the large windows in all rooms, there is plenty of natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. With a total of 69 bedrooms, we can also comfortably accommodate larger groups of up to 114 people. When booking, we are happy to help you determine your desired room layout.

Frequently asked questions

  • How many rooms are there and what types?

    We have 69 rooms in total: 36 single rooms (private shower, toilet, desk shelf and washbasin), 27 double rooms (private bathroom, toilet, clothes rack and seating area) and 6 multi-person rooms for groups (washbasin in the room, shared shower and toilet in the corridor).

  • Why don't the rooms have a TV?

    That is a deliberate choice. We keep the rooms free of television to offer a calm, low-stimulus environment. It is meant to help you truly unwind after a full programme day, or to stay and enjoy each other's company.

  • Can I arrive a night earlier to stay over?

    That is possible, subject to availability and occupancy. Feel free to get in touch with us or call +31 13 504 13 92 and we will gladly see what we can do for you.

  • What do I need to bring myself?

    Our single and double rooms have a private bathroom with shampoo, body wash and towels, so you don't need to overfill your suitcase. Our multi-person rooms have a shared bathroom in the corridor. We provide the bathrobes.

  • What time can I check in and when do I need to check out?

    From 3 pm, reception is ready to hand you your keys, and your stay can truly begin. The next morning there is no need to rush: you can check out until 10 am. Would you like to enjoy your room a little longer? Just let reception know. For €30 you can keep using the room all day, until you leave.
