The natural surroundings offer peace and space for in-depth exploration, reflection, and genuine focus. You work in flexible training rooms with direct access to the outdoors and have access to all the facilities to professionally facilitate your program, from excellent catering to spaces for subgroups and informal moments. This allows you to focus fully on your training, while we take care of the environment.

For a few years now I have been bringing my groups to Eigentijdserf with great pleasure — a beautiful, inspiring location. Always a warm welcome; the hospitable and friendly staff think along with you and almost anything is possible to make sure the guests are happy — no request is too much. Delicious, varied meals are served, and if there's something you don't like or you're on a special diet, a good alternative is offered right away. In the many coffee corners you can help yourself to coffee and tea, day and night. There are good bedrooms with private bathrooms. The centre is set in beautiful surroundings — straight from the centre you walk right into the woods. On the grounds there is also a classic labyrinth and a sensory trail that can be walked barefoot, which is a special experience. Afterwards there's water to rinse your feet and towels to dry them. Wonderful, isn't it! There are various atmospheric rooms, and the interior of the centre follows a nature theme, which fits the surroundings perfectly. For meetings, EIGENTIJDSERF offers comfortable rooms with plenty of natural light and direct access to nature. The tranquil surroundings stimulate focus and productive conversations, while the indoor and outdoor breakout spaces provide room for consultation in smaller groups. With sustainable catering, cozy coffee corners, and overnight accommodation options, everything is in place for an effective and relaxed (multi-day) meeting or gathering. EIGENTIJDSERF thus offers the ideal setting for a team retreat, a strategic brainstorming session, or an intensive program. Our location has a maximum capacity of 200 people.

  • What exactly is Eigentijdserf?

    Eigentijdserf is a sustainable meeting and accommodation venue in Westelbeers, surrounded by the Brabant countryside between Tilburg, Eindhoven and 's-Hertogenbosch. On 7 hectares of natural grounds we combine bright meeting rooms, extensive outdoor spaces and 69 hotel rooms, so a day of meetings can easily flow into an evening and night on site. We welcome groups for (business) meetings, training courses and team building days, retreats and workshops, farewell gatherings and multi-day programmes. With us, it is about more than just coming together. Part of the proceeds goes to projects for young people in Brabant through the Joannes Bosco Foundation, to give them a helping hand.

  • What does the Green Key Gold certification mean for my stay?

    Eigentijdserf holds a Green Key Gold certification, the highest level of this internationally recognised label for the hospitality sector. This means we meet the requirements Green Key sets for the environment and responsible business. During your stay you will notice this in various measures, such as the reuse of towels and linen, the use of ecological cleaning products and catering with fair trade and regional produce, partly from our own vegetable garden. We also take measures to save energy and water, pay attention to biodiversity on our grounds and provide charging points for electric cars.
